My name is Claire Bradbury and I set up the practice following a life changing experience when my daughter was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis at the age of 5.

I am now a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist but back then I was a desperate mother looking for anything to avoid the powerful drugs my daughter was prescribed. The healthy and symptom-free 15 year old she has grown up to be is the result of a lifestyle and nutritional journey that has opened both our eyes to the power of nutrition.

Importantly, Marnie's inspirational story is one of thousands. As I continue to do my research daily and support patients with all kinds of conditions I am constantly inspired by the healing power of simple, natural food.

But perhaps most exciting is the science behind our approach. Most people are unaware of the exponential nature of scientific progress. In simple terms, innovation and improvement in our ability to understand and test our own bodies has taken astounding leaps forward in recent years. Food intolerance testing, in-depth blood analysis and gene sequencing are all now available to anyone, with results returned in a matter of days or weeks. These enable an unprecedented degree of clarity when it comes to discovering the root causes of your condition. It's this science that is the future in FUTURE HEALTH.

My approach is based on Functional Medicine. In the words of IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) “Functional Medicine is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual’s illness.”

I am registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I am a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine with who I am currently continuing my studies and I am also following a course of study with The Kharrazian Institute.
